Q. What does Avamoda Fashion specialise in?
We are a wholesale clothing distributor specialised in the online sale
of women's wholesale clothing, wholesale apparel, wholesale junior clothing
and wholesale clubwear to small or medium retailers worldwide.
Q. Where are Avamoda Fashion's offices located?
We are located in Barcelona, Spain's main fashion capital. We currently
do not have a physical showroom, as we sell exclusively online through
our website or via e-mail or telephone orders.
Q. Why should I choose to buy from Avamoda?
Avamoda offers its customers excellent quality in women’s fashion coupled with great service. Our customers are able to order in complete confidence from a reputable company that constantly offers new styles, which keeps their shops fresh with all the latest European fashion.
We are able to provide beautiful clothing styles to our customers with the added ease of ordering from their own countries at any convenient time, eliminating the cost of travelling, and all the hotel and other expenses, to regularly stock their shops.
Q. Do you currently have a printed wholesale clothing catalog?
This is our only wholesale clothing catalog, as we have a very fast turnaround
of styles. We update our styles on a weekly basis, keeping up to date
with the latest fashion trends. We constantly receive many new styles
throughout each season and therefore do not have a printed catalog.
Q. What is your minimum order? Do you sell in packs or individually?
We have a minimum order amount of only Euros 300, approximately US$400.
The minimum requirement can usually be reached by ordering around 20 garments.
We do not have a minimum quantity per item. You may choose whatever quantities,
colours or sizes per style that you wish.
Q. Are the prices on Avamoda's website retail or wholesale prices?
The prices quoted on our website are our net wholesale prices excluding
actual shipping costs and any local customs import duties or taxes at
the point of destination. We recommend our customers are fully informed
of their local authorities' laws and regulations for imports and duty
clearance requirements.
Q. How do you charge for shipping?
We charge a Shipping Provision when an order is placed, and then apply actual
shipping charges once the order is finalised, packed, weighed and measured.
We will ensure we ship your order in the most cost effective and fastest way
possible.
Q. What size is "One Size Only"?
We specialise in young contemporary styles, therefore we carry many of
our products in "One Size Only", which is usually about a Size 36 - 38
(U.S. Size 6 - 8 / U.K. Size 8 - 10). Nonetheless, many styles, depending upon
the design and the fabric, could suit various sizes.

Q. Does your clothing come with labels?
We usually ship our products only with the composition and washing instruction labels inside. Most of our customers have their own swing tickets (tags) so usually prefer to put their own labels on the outside of the garments.
Q. What currency is the one quoted on your site? Can I purchase in
Dollars or Pounds?
Although our main currency is the Euro, you may view the prices in U.S.Dollars
or British Pounds simply by clicking on the U.S. or U.K. flag at the top right
hand of the product page.
You may complete your entire transaction in your desired currency until
the time of payment, at which point you will be informed the equivalent
amount that you will be charged in Euros, based upon the current exchange
rates.
Q. What payment method do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card using our secure online payment gateway.
We can also accept payments by PayPal or bank transfer.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
We normally process orders within 4-5 working days, depending on the size of the order and whether any items are out of stock.
Shipping time depends on the destination, but normally takes an average of 3-5 working days.
