Prices shown on our website are wholesale prices quoted ex-works, and do not include actual shipping costs from Spain and any local customs import duties or taxes at the point of destination. We ship worldwide from Spain and have no control over these fees as each country has its own laws and regulations.

Please contact your local customs office, clearing agents or transport company for more information regarding these charges. The customer is responsible to ensure that the goods are cleared through customs in the country of destination, and will be liable for any charges resulting from the non-compliance with their local customs formalities.

Our main currency is the Euro, and the final amount you will be charged will also be in Euros, although while viewing the products and making your order we can offer you the option of seeing all the prices in either U.S.Dollars or British Pounds by clicking on their respective flags.

You may complete your entire transaction in your desired currency until the time of payment, at which point you will be informed the equivalent amount that you will be charged in Euros, based upon the current exchange rates.

However, please note that depending upon the actual exchange rate used by your credit card company or your bank there may be a slight variation in the final amount charged in your local currency due to exchange rate fluctuations.

The minimum order amount is Euros 300, or the equivalent amount in your chosen currency.

If you are making your order in either U.S.Dollars or British Pounds, you will be able to see the Euro amount in your shopping cart simply by clicking on the Euro flag.

We do not have a minimum quantity per item. You may choose whatever quantities, colours or sizes per style that you wish.

Due to our styles being constantly updated, certain styles or colours may occasionally become out of stock between the time your order is placed and it is processed.

When we begin processing your order we will contact you if any styles or colours are out of stock so that you can inform us how you wish to proceed.

At Checkout, we will charge you an estimated cost for shipping. Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, we will weigh and measure it and calculate the exact shipping charges and adjust the shipping provision accordingly.

If the actual shipping charges are less than the shipping provision, we will refund you the difference in shipping charges.

On the other hand, if the actual shipping charges are more than the shipping provision, we will contact you so you can supply us with a further method of payment for the difference in shipping charges. We will ship your order as soon as any difference for shipping charges is received.

Orders which are cancelled or refused before shipment or before delivery will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the order. If, for any reason, your order is not able to be delivered and as a result is returned to us, we reserve the right to also charge any re-shipping costs.

At Checkout, you may choose one of three payment methods:

1. Pay by Credit Card Securely On-Line

We accept secure on-line payments by credit card using Visa, MasterCard or Visa Electron through our new Verified by Visa payment gateway system with ServiRed.

Verified by Visa is a new service that lets you shop online with added confidence.

Through a simple checkout process, Verified by Visa confirms your identity when you make purchases at participating online stores. It's convenient, and it works with your existing Visa card.

Plus, Verified by Visa is easy to use. You register your card just once, and create your own password. Then, when you make purchases at participating online stores, a Verified by Visa window will appear. Simply enter your password and click submit. Your identity is verified and the purchase is secure.

2.  Pay by PayPal 

You can pay securely directly on PayPal using your existing PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may still opt to pay with any other Credit Card without having to register for a new PayPal account.

3. Pay by International Bank Transfer

Payment may also be made direct by international bank transfer.

We will contact you with further details once your order is confirmed.

We will begin processing your order as soon as payment is received.

We reserve the right not to accept or process any order for any reason at our sole discretion. If we do not accept your order and payment has already been made, we will notify you and refund you in full immediately.

We only accept returns in the case of manufacturers’ defects or if any item has been incorrectly supplied by us. 

We must be notified of any returns within 7 days of your receipt of the goods, stating the reason and requesting our authorisation. Returns will only be accepted with our written authorisation. Once we authorise the return, the goods must be shipped back to us within another 7 days.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise we will refund the full value of the goods at the discretion of the company management either directly to your credit card, your PayPal account or by international bank transfer, depending upon the original method of payment. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order. Shipping charges are not refundable.
